Objective

After completing the course, the student is able to:
· analyze and assess their own challenges regarding life-long learning, pedagogical competence and professional development as part of profound expertise
· analyze and assess their competence in health promotion as part of profound expertise and build a foundation for self-management and the development of profound expertise as experts in health management
· recognize and develop innovative problem-solving skills in broad regional, national and international contexts of health promotion
· gain deeper insight into the social and health care industry and identify business opportunities in their own field
· develop innovative health promotion solutions in regional, national and international research and development projects

· Expertise in health promotion and growth as an expert
· Structures of health promotion (changing operating environments and regulations, social welfare and health care reform)
· Internal entrepreneurship and self-management
· Pedagogical competence and learning in health promotion (modern learning environments, innovation pedagogy and innovative problem-solving skills)
· International operating environments in health promotion
