Objective
Students will be able to choose a development project for their company or organisation that is justified in terms of its sustainability strategy and objectives.
Develop a feasible project plan including market, competitor and user analysis (including project costing, risk analysis and communication plan).
Assemble a project team, define responsibilities, roles and tasks and select a project management model

The project management process and its stages (including definition, planning, implementation, monitoring, quality assurance and evaluation)
Accountability as part of project management
Profitable project management (cost control, schedule management and performance measurement)
