Objectives
Student:
· is able to assess the suitability of digital solutions and electronic services from the perspective of different customer groups.
· can utilise digital solutions, electronic services and remote technology in customer care and to support decision-making.
· recognises changes in operating environments and is able to anticipate the need to change in their competence and that of the care community.
· learns about the prerequisites for management work and acquire skills in contact management (teams, working groups) and development.
· understands the significance of development and quality in the provision of services and recognise their professional responsibility in ensuring the quality of care.
· can seek forward-looking, sustainable, responsible and economically viable solutions and propose improvements in the work community based on them.
· is able to monitor and utilise the international development of social welfare and health care in their work and develop their competence to meet the requirements of future working life.

During the simulations:
• students practise managing crises and exceptional situations as well as nursing and encountering clients that have experienced crises.
• learn to work as professionals in multi-authority cooperation in crisis situations.
