Objective

The student is familiar with the materials and products used in load-bearing timber structures. They can design common structural components such as straight beams and columns. The student is knowledgeable about typical connections used in timber structures and can dimension simple nail connections.

Exam and homework. Participation in the exam requires completion of at least 30% of the homework.
You can earn bonus points for the exam as follows:
- 1 point when 80% of the homework is completed
- 2 points when 100% of the homework is completed
