Objective

The student recognizes the more common contracts affecting the production management of the construction site. The student understands the duties and rights related to production management based on the contracts that affect them.The student is familiar with the principles of key procurement and competition law and the content of contractual and delivery terms and conditions of procurement. The student understands the main differences between YSE and RYHT. He / she can determine the contractual obligations of the contract documents. The student understands the issues affecting the contract and employment contract.
