Objective

The student:

• Knows the nature and course of the health care development and health science research process
• Deepens competence in information retrieval and can critically evaluate information
• Can create a plan for a working life-oriented research and development project
• Can prepare the necessary factsheets and other documents for research and development projects
• Can work as a nursing expert in various working life-oriented development and research projects
• Recognises the need for guidance and can utilise guidance in a way that promotes their thesis
• Can present the progress of their work, as well as provide and receive constructive feedback

• Getting to know the thesis process
• Selection and limitation of a working life-oriented topic
• Creating a theoretical background
• Definition of the purpose and objective, as well as coming up with guiding questions
• Selection of the implementation method
• Presentation of a written plan and opposing another thesis as agreed
