• Simulaatioharjoituksissa pääpaino moniammatillisessa tiimityöskentelyssä, yhteisvastuullisuudessa, rakentavassa palautteessa sekä ammatillisen kasvun vahvistamisessa turvallisessa ja positiivisessa oppimisympäristössä
• Potilaiden ja asiakkaiden oikeudenmukainen ja tasa-arvoinen kohtelu, heikommassa asemassa olevan huomiointi. Esim. Ilmoitus sosiaalihuollon tarpeesta, lastensuojeluilmoitus.
