Objective

After the course students will be able to:
- Draw up a project plan for a small project
- Define the tasks and resources for a project and to evaluate risks in a project
- Improve their own time management skills and plan a realistic schedule for a project
- Draw up small budget for a project
- Define the framework and themes regarding building and supporting teams
- Evaluate their own team and project working skills

Content scheduling

Welcome to study Project Planning (5 ECT) (3.2.-31.3.2025)!

Tutoring Meetings:
Mon 3.2. at 13-14 on Campus (EDU)
Mon 3.3. at 13-14 on Campus (EDU)

• You'll study project planning as part of your personal project studies
• This project study unit is 50 % online
• The offered point number is 5 ECT (27 hours of studying/ECT)
• You will learn about 5 themes: a) Projects Planning (general info), b) Teamwork, c) Time Management, d) Budgeting and Excel and ) Project Plan
• Evaluation: F-5
• You'll have time until March 31th to do all the asked assignments
• Two group tutoring meetings (on Feb 3rd and March 3rd) are available for you to support your studying. In addition, on your first tutoring meeting, we'll book 1-2 online tutoring sessions to support your learning as well.
• The study unit is theoretical / practical: it includes five practical assignments (they are mostly fictional unless you have a project going on/starting where you can apply on the assignments).
