Objective
After completing the course, the student is able to
- analyze the peculiarities of dramaturgy of long fiction and serial form and various scriptwriting techniques
- write and brainstorm a concept for a feature fiction or TV series in a small group
- practice scriptwriting collaboration skills with the Writer's Room method
- introduce the narrative modes of the rest of the world, as well as the peculiarities of genre genres
- describe the commercial and artistic dimensions of script and dramaturgy
- explain the principles of applied art
- justify how screenwriting is a tool for raising and questioning ethical issues
Content
In addition to understanding the format of a feature film and TV series and its dramaturgical characteristics, the course deepens the student's professional interaction skills. The creation of story worlds also examines the concepts of power and representation, as well as the different dimensions of diversity and the materials required to conceptualize a long fiction or series. Special features of genre genres can also be included in the implementation of the course.
