• projektimainen työskentely
• työskentely monialaisissa tiimeissä
• hoitotyön keskeisten toimintojen harjoittelu oppimisympäristön ja asiakkaiden/potilaiden tarpeiden mukaisesti
• voimavaraistavan ohjauksen perusteiden harjoittelua asiakkaan/potilaan sekä hänen omaisensa kanssa
• näyttöön perustuvan hoitotyön ja ohjauksen toteuttaminen
• sosiaali- ja terveyspalvelujärjestelmän rakenteen tunteminen ja palveluohjauksen harjoittelua asiakkaan/potilaan sekä hänen omaisensa kanssa

Objective

Students will
• Gain proficiency in planning, providing and evaluating customer-centred care and guidance in various projects and different types of care environments
• Learn to help and support people dealing with acute and long-term health changes and become aware of their own resources and limits of competence
• Learn to work in multiprofessional work groups
• Commit themselves to entrepreneurial activities in various care environments
• Learn to apply evidence-based information and use it in the nursing care of patients/customers and its development
• Acquire skills in project work in commissions in the field of social services and health care

• Key nursing activities according to the learning environment and the needs of the customers/patients
• The fundamentals of empowering patient counselling with customers/patients and their family members
• Provision of evidence-based nursing and counselling services
• Structure of the social and health service system, service guidance with customers/patients and their family members
