Objective
Interaction and functioning in different teams is a skill of the future in every profession. There is a constant shortage of team leaders in different fields. In this course, you will have the opportunity to study related theoretical knowledge and test your leadership skills in practice.
The team leader acts as an assistant to the teacher in the SUSTIS – Sustainable Development Project course for second-year students. In the course, students work in multidisciplinary student groups that carry out a working life-oriented, sustainable development-related project.
The team leader student is supported with coaching and work supervision. Duties include planning the activities of the project team with the teacher, grouping students and supporting students in the team's activities. What is essential for the team leader is guiding and motivating the project team, not the content knowledge of sustainable development, although knowledge of the basics helps in the task.
Content
The course content consists of
• intensive training (all trainings are mandatory)
• independent tasks and familiarization with literature
• teamwork supervision, including, among others, group supervision, work supervision with the supervision team, active contact with various actors, and evaluation and

The course is assessed on a scale of 0-5. The grade is based on the joint feedback of the teacher supervisor and the project team students. Activity during the training days and in completing the related tasks is also taken into account in the assessment.
Materials
