Content scheduling
Syksy 2025: toimintaan perehtyminen, asiakkaiden kuukausikirjanpidot ja alv-ilmoitukset.
Kevät 2026: edellisten lisäksi tilinpäätökset ja veroilmoitukset.
Syksy 2026: vapaaehtoinen mentorointi.
Lähtökohtaisesti 1 iltapäivänä (klo 12.30–16) viikossa, keväällä 2026 tilinpäätösaikaan lisäkertoja.
Objective
The student is able to
• apply what he/she has learned to practical customer situations
• use knowledge and common methods in problem solving
• interact with the customer
• plan the activities together with the peers in a team environment
Content
In this study unit, the student works in real customer situations in financial management, where the management of financial obligations plays a key role. The student will learn about the practical aspects of accounting, taxation and payroll administration. The student will learn to pace his/her work according to financial deadlines and to interact with clients and work in a team.
Teaching methods
Opiskelu tapahtuu aidossa tilitoimistoympäristössä ohjaavan opettajan ja mentoriopiskelijoiden johdolla. Samalla perehdytään oman osuuskunnan toimintaan (esim. kuukausipalaverit ja osuuskunnan kokoukset). Osalle mahdollisuus hallitustyöskentelyyn, jossa perehdytään tarkemmin yrityksen hallinnon hoitamiseen.
Pedagogic approaches and sustainable development
Oppimismenetelmänä "learning by doing". Asiakasyritysten autenttiset tositteet ja käytännön kirjanpito-, verotus- ja palkanlaskentatilanteet oppimisen perustana. Mahdollisuus mentorointiin, jossa oma oppiminen syvenee toisia opettamalla.
Student workload
Opiskelijan velvollisuutena on pitää tuntikirjanpitoa työskentelystään TradeTaseella. Työskentely voi olla tiimin kanssa tehtyä tilitoimistotyötä, hallitustyötä, mentorointia tai asioihin perehtymistä. Opintojen päätyttyä tunnit muutetaan opintopisteiksi (27 h työtä = 1 op).
Assessment criteria, approved/failed
Opiskelija saa opintopisteitä käyttämänsä ajan mukaan tuntikirjanpitonsa perusteella. Ei arviointikriteereitä.
