Objective

NURSING IN OUTPATIENT HEALTH CARE 8 ETCS AVOHA

Objectives:

Student
• knows the basics of vaccination (online course on vaccination skills)
• practises the planning, implementation and assessment of customer-oriented care and guidance (e.g. the care of persons with disabilities and persons with intellectual disabilities, home care, home hospital, etc.) in public and private care institutions and at the Sun klinikka clinic.
• is able to help and support different people in sudden and long-term health changes and is aware of the limits of their own resources and competences
• knows how to plan and implement health-promoting guidance
• can establish a good care relationship in different work environments
• knows how to work in multidisciplinary work groups
• applies evidence-based knowledge and uses it in nursing work and its development
• advances their competence in pharmacotherapy in different areas of nursing (Medication Passport)
• depending on the possibilities, learns more about the special features of acute care, maternity care, nursing of children, young people and families, long-term medical care, medical surgical nursing, mental health and psychiatric nursing, nursing of persons with disabilities, nursing of the elderly, palliative nursing and terminal care clinical nursing

Content

Contents:
· Planning, implementation, evaluation and recording of evidence-based nursing
· Practising key functions of nursing in accordance with the learning environment and the needs of patients/clients
· Practising the basics of empowering patient guidance with the patient/client and their family and friends
· Knowledge of the structure of the social and health care service system and practising service guidance with clients/patients and their families
· Further understanding of the basics of pharmacotherapy

Jokainen tunti tehdään takaisin harjoittelupaikassa. Opiskelija huolehtii myös, että osallistuu perehdytykseen, päivittää CV:nsä ja osallistuu palautetunnille koululla harjoittelun jälkeen. Mikäli jokin näistä jää osallistumatta esim. sairastumisen takia, opiskelija tekee tunnit takaisin harjoittelupaikassa.

Hyväksytty:
Katso Turun AMK:n harjoittelun arrviointikriteereistä tarkemmat kriteerit hyväksytylle ja hylätylle harjoittelulle
Lisäksi:
- Tunnit suunniteltu ajoissa etukäteen, tasaisesti koko hatroittelujakson viikoille.
- Tavoitteet sopivat opintojaksoon ja ovat laajuudeltaan riittävät ja ne on palautettu/korjattu sovittuun määräaikaan mennessä
- Väliarviointi pidetty sovittuun määräaikaan mennessä
- Loppuarviointi pidetty sovittuun määräaikaan mennessä
- Tuntimäärä täyttyy ja opiskelija osallistuu info-tunnille, päivittää CV:n ja osallistuu palautetunnille ja ohjaajan arvioin mukaan kurssi on hyväksytty. Lopullisen arvioinnin tekee opettaja Turun AMK:n harjoitteluarviointikriteeristön perusteella.

- Väliarviointia ei ole pidetty määräaikaan mennessä
- Loppuarviointia ei ole pidetty määräaikaan mennessä
- Tunteja ja/tai osallistumisia puuttuu tai niihin ei ole tehty suunnitelmaa hyvissä ajoin
- Opiskelija tekee ylipitkiä päiviä tai liikaa tunteja viikossa kerryttääkseen omia vapaapäiviä jakson aikana toiseen kohtaan
- Ohjaajan arvio jaksosta on hylätty tai opettaja arvioi jakson hylätyksi arviointikriteereiden perusteella
