Objectives
The student will
• be aware of the state of health and well-being in Finland and the factors affecting them.
• understand the structure of the Finnish social and healthcare service system.
• understand the principles of a sustainability in healthcare system
• recognise ecologically, socially, culturally and economically sustainable development as part of their work and act responsibly as professionals and members of society.
• know how to use information related to their field to find, implement and establish sustainable solutions and operating models.
• understand sustainability challenges, their interdependencies and many aspects of issues and problems.
• know the basics of intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship in healthcare sector
