Objective
Having completed the study unit, the participants are able to describe special features of biotechnological and food technological processes and to select and dimension proper manufacturing and analysis equipment. The participants are also able to utilize CAD software in the design and to utilize the process competence in technology transfer, process control, design of analytical methods, and scale-up.
Content
Special features of biotechnological and food technological processes and related process and analytical equipment and methods. The study unit is implemented as team teaching (teachers of Chemical engineering and English Language and Communication in collaboration) together with the study unit of English Language and Communication.
