Objective
After a completed study unit, the student
- has gained practical experience in and masters the basics of machining and sheet metal working and the operational principles of the flexible manufacturing system
- can select tools and parameters when using machine tools
- can program the machine tools and handling devices used in the specialisation workplace of the learning environment and plan work cycles and production procedures
- can specify the basis and the production factors of a production cell from the point of view of production technology, automation engineering and industrial management, and can plan production in the cell.
