Content scheduling

Course include following topics:
- basic principles of hydro and wind power
- aerodynamics of wind turbines (simulation exercise)
- wind power electrical design (incl. laboratory exercise)
- wind power projects
- wind resource assessment (simulation exercise)

Objective

After the course student is able to
- understand the basics of technology used in wind and hydro power
- understand the meaning of wind and hydro power in energy production

- Production profile and peak demand balancing

- Feasibility and environmental impact
