Päivystys- ja polikliininen hoitotyö 4 op POLI
Sisällöt:
- päätöksenteko ja moniammatillinen yhteistyö päivystyshoitotyössä
- asiakaskeskeinen hoitotyö ja potilaan ohjaus
- eri tavoin vammautuneiden ja äkillisesti sairastuneiden potilaiden polikliininen hoitotyö: neurologisen potilaan, sydänpotilaan, mahapotilaan, hengenahdistuspotilaan, munuaispotilaan, myrkytyspotilaan ja vammapotilaan ja monivammapotilaan päivystyshoitotyö, traumatiimin toiminta,
- kirjaaminen päivystystyössä
- hoitoteknologia päivystyshoitotyössä
- kipsaamisen periaatteet ja potilaan tarkkailu
Päivystyslääketiede 1 op PÄLÄ
Sisältö: erilaisten akuuttihoitoa vaativien potilaiden hoito päivystysyksikössä: traumapotilaat, sydänpotilaat, munuaisten vajaatoimintaa sairastavat potilaat, aivoverenkiertohäiriöpotilaat, lapsipotilaat

EPLL triageen tutustuminen maanantaisin viikosta 38 alkaen

Objective

The student shall be able to- understand the entirety of care of patients of different ages in the hospital emergency room, the points of departure for the care and its specific features, and learn to apply the obligations set by professional ethics and legislation- understand the significance and specific features of emergency room nursing and form a conception of the most common problems dealt with in the emergency room- define the problems in the nursing of the patient and to respond to them and the needs of the patient’s family members in a holistic way using the measures of acute nursing and medical science- act in multi-professional expert teams in the emergency room in treatment situations requiring it- describe the safety hazards in the emergency room and know how to ensure the safety of their activities- master the principles of documentation and reporting- increase their readiness in implementing the medication and fluids infusion of patients (medication passport)- increase their skills in the safe use of the equipment used in the emergency room for the examination, monitoring and treatment of patients and learn to interpret the information given by these instruments- describe the principles of plastering and splinting- describe the examination and treatment of a multiple trauma patient in the trauma team and know the main features in the examination and medical treatment of non-mechanically injured patients

- harjoittelu autenttista tilannetta mukailtavassa tilanteessa
- Työelämäyhteistyö: opintokäynti EPLL ja tutustuminen Triage EPLL erillisien aikataulun mukaan
- työelämäyhteystyö TYKS synnytysosastolle perehtyminen 2-3 työvuoroa (vkoilla 42, 43 ja/tai 51)
