Pedagogic approaches and sustainable development

• Etukäteismateriaalina työpajoihin ja simulaatioihin opetusvideoita ja tieteellisiä artikkeleita
• Simulaatioharjoitukset toteutetaan osin yhteistyössä työelämän toimijoiden kanssa
• Potilasskenaariot luodaan ja niiden oikeellisuus varmistetaan yhteistyössä työelämän asiantuntijoiden kanssa.
• Simulaatioharjoituksissa pääpaino moniammatillisessa tiimityöskentelyssä, yhteisvastuullisuudessa, rakentavassa palautteessa sekä ammatillisen kasvun vahvistamisessa turvallisessa ja positiivisessa oppimisympäristössä
