Objective

Clinical physiology: Students are able to independently carry out technically high quality ECG registrations and can carry out independently and flawlessly PEF examinations. Students know how to work ergonomically and in a patient-safe manner.Specimen collection and POC analytics: Students learn to carry out reliable chemical screenings of urine and to identify the cells in the urine sediment. Students find out about the quality assurance of urine tests. Students know how to obtain high quality clinical specimen and rehearse their skills in POC testing. Students learn to work in a client-centred way.Clinical microbiology: Students know how to obtain a high quality specimen from the larynx, rehearse the use of microbe cultivation and identification methods and train their skills in interpreting the results. Students know how to work abiding by the occupational health instructions of the microbiology laboratory.
