Objective
DEVELOPMENT OF NURSING 5 cr DECSfor Chinese nurses to be implemented 5 creditsThe student shall be able to- deepen his or her operational skills as well as knowledge and concept of care, nursing and nursing management and his or her own professional growth- independently plan the patient's overall care and implement and evaluate it based on the care plan- take overall responsibility for patient care in his or her workgroup- develop treatment and its prerequisites as a nursing expert in his or her work unit- deepen his or her medicinal treatment competence in the different areas of nursing (Medication Passport)- master characteristics of clinical nursing and the related documenting and understand the role of documentation in the development of nursing.
