Content scheduling

The lessons will be held at GamePit Pro, with the option to join via Teams. Lessons will also be recorded. Three intensive days will be held during November/December. Intensive days are held at GamePit Pro. There will be compensatory assignment if you are not able to attend. Final assignment will be due in week 50. 15.12, 23.59

Objective

In this course you will get to know different roles and rensponsibilities in esports organization. Know how different roles work together inside the organization. Know what is needed for the organization to work. Learn how to build a bootcamp for the esports team.

Methods of completion

Online lessons in Teams Intensive days in Gamepit pro Guest lecturers Visit to a professional esports organization headquarters. Compensatory assignments if you are not able to attend live lessons.

Content

Getting to know different roles in esports organization and what is the importance and meaning of each role. Solve problems that these roles could come across. Work together with Esports coaching course as they will be coaching intensive days in gamepit pro. Get to plan intensive days from the perspective of player, manager or marketing

Learning different roles and responsibilities in esports organisations Working as a freelancer in esports organisations Working out how to build working bootcamp from the viewpoint of the organisation

Employer connections

During the course there will be visiting lecturers from Finnish esport scene During the course we will also visit a Finnish esports organizations headquarters. You can also do your own research on a specific organization or arrange your own visit to them.
