Objective

Objectives: To understand the role, importance and scope of the team leader in self- and community-driven work communities. You will learn how to recognise and use team building and interaction, and how to articulate the meaningfulness of work as part of a team's productive activities. You will master participative management and leadership tools for work community development and problem solving.
