Content scheduling

The content of the course brings together self-monitoring and management into a coherent whole: 1. Self-monitoring activities: concepts, own-check plan and implementation of own-check 2. Management of self-monitoring activities: monitoring and evaluation, management of own-check activities as a whole

Objective

- You will deepen your knowledge of the importance of self-monitoring and its effects on the quality of well-being services and customer safety - You will understand the practical measures for implementing self-monitoring in everyday life and understand the role of employees in it - You are able to monitor and assess the implementation of own-check and make the necessary corrections. - You will learn to apply the skills and knowledge you have learned in your own work environment and to develop self-monitoring practices - You learn to manage self-monitoring professionally - You will gain tools and skills that will enable you to effectively manage self-monitoring and ensure the high quality of well-being services

Teaching methods

You will study in the Moodle learning environment, where you will receive clear instructions, assignments and study materials. You will complete the assignments independently applying what you have learned in practice. Further guidance is available in the forum.

Exam schedules

In the learning assignments, you can test your self-monitoring skills with an online test.

In the course, you can use international research literature.

Student workload

You can plan your own use of time. Indicative use of your time is 27 working hours. It includes familiarization with the study material and individual assignments.
