Objective
During the studies of Quality Management in Production and Services the student will - gain insight into quality management, and use of quality tools - be able to analyze and develop quality of processes, products and services - understand importance of customer focus - understand how to implement quality management in organizations and how to create Quality and HSE management systems for businesses

- What is quality? - History and development of Total Quality Management - Continuous Improvement, PDCA and Six Sigma - Quality Tools - Quality Methods for Processes (SPC, FMEA, QFD, DOE) - QHSE Standards - EFQM Quality Award Model

The learning materials of the course includes online materials in the learning environment, related articles, websites.
Teaching methods
The course is studied online in the Moodle learning environment. The study includes familiarization with materials, learning tasks, assignments and online lectures. The study period starts on 30.01.2024 and ends on 31.05.2025. You must register for the study course no later than 20.1.2025 The course assignments must be returned/completed by 31.05.2025 at the latest.
