Content scheduling
Student is working independently starting in Theme 1 and then themes in order. Introductions will open in 1th May 2021 at 8 am. Last date for returning tasks is 25th April 2021 at 23.59 pm. Tasks returned later will not be evaluated, student will sign in this course in autumn 2021.
Objective
CLIENT-ORIENTED SOCIAL AND HEALTH SERVICES 2 ECTS ASOTE
The study unit is arranged entirely in English
Students will learn to
- describe the current challenges related to the health and well-being of the population and the factors behind them
- describe the indicators of the health and well-being of the population and the importance of data in identifying the need for services and the provision of services
- describe the overall structure of social and health services and the legislation concerning social and health services
- describe the overall structure of social welfare with particular focus on supporting work ability and functional capacity and rehabilitation
