Objective

After completing the course, the student is able to

- work as a project manager in media projects
- identify the key competence areas of project management and the competence requirements of the project manager
- draw up a project plan and use different methods to divide the project
- utilise various project management tools
- assess factors and agreements related to the sale and purchase of intellectual property rights;
- plan and chair meetings and negotiations and prepare key meeting and negotiation documents
- utilise technology and the data it collects responsibly and ethically
- apply the principles of professional ethics in their own field in project activities

Content

Definition of project activities, tasks of the project manager, project objectives, project phases, project partitioning and scheduling, risk analysis and management, monitoring and evaluation plan, meeting and negotiation skills, and project management tools.
