Objective
During this course we will gain deeper insight on the theoretical development, latest models and research trends on the fielf of human resource management. After completing the course the student is able to link human resource management with implementation of business strategies is able to evaluate and further develop human resource processes and practices is able to take the demands of managing occupational well being as part of human resource management

Core contents: the theories of strategic human resource management and the other fields linked with it, for example occupational well being, motivation and reward, human capital and investing in human resources development of human resource processes human resource management in different kinds of organisations and situations: expertise organisation, project organisation etc.
