Objective

After completing the course, the student:
• understand the importance of economic, social and ecological sustainability for the organization's operations and one’s own leadership
• is able to reflect on one's own values and analyze the relationship between them and the company's values
• Can anticipate future values and sustainability

Teaching methods

The course is mainly carried out independently in a reflective diary through analysis and reflection.
The contact days will take the form of collaborative discussions and small group reflection using innovation pedagogy.
There are no other group assignments in addition to the reflections during the contact days.

- sharing and creating knowledge individually and collectively (SECI model)
- learning can be directed according to your own interests and a strong sense of self-direction is a prerequisite for success on the course
- the course examines the economic, social and ecological dimensions of sustainable development from a leadership perspective.

- pre-assignment: a short and thought-provoking test to be done independently
- private learning diary (only seen by teachers), drawing on shared literature/theory, reflections on contact days and personal experiences

Comprehensive reflection on relevant information and justification of choices (shared and own material choices).
Understanding and applying the issues in a variety of ways.
Clear and logical expression of chosen issues, conclusions and own reflection. Applying theory to practice and giving practical examples.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Extensive and comprehensive reflection on relevant information and reasoning for choices (shared and own material choices).
Understanding and applying the issues in a comprehensive and critical way:
Clear and logical expression of key issues, rich conclusions and own reflection. Clear application of theory to practice and clear presentation of practical examples.
