- tunnistaa hammasproteesityypit ja niihin liittyvät erityispiirteet
- suunnitella ja ohjata asiakkaan kotihoitoa proteettisessa suun hoidossa
Karhuvaara: Suuhygienisti ja proteettinen hoito 2 op
- Suuhygienistin rooli potilaan proteettisessa hoidossa
- Eri hammasproteesityypit ja esteettisen hoidon ratkaisut; ylläpito- ja kotihoito
- Proteettisen asiakkaan suun limakalvojen terveydentila
- Jäljennösaineet ja niiden käsittely, jäljennösten desinfiointi, työtilaus, digitaalinen jäljentäminen

- identify the various types of dental prostheses and their particular properties
- create plans and offer guidance for the home care of a prosthodontic customer
