Tavoitteet

Opiskelija:
• Osaa tukea vanhemmuutta raskauden aikana tai synnytyksen jälkeen
• Osaa huomioida äitiyshoitotyön erityispiirteitä terveydenhoitotyössä
• Harjoittelee raskaudenaikaisia ja synnytyksen jälkeisiä seuranta- ja ohjausmenetelmiä
• Osaa edistää eri ikäisten seksuaaliterveyttä
• Osaa soveltaa lasten, nuorten ja perheen hoitotyön tietoperustaa hoitaessaan eri-ikäisiä lapsia perhekeskeisesti ja terveyttä edistäen.
• Osaa huomioida lasten ja nuorten hoitotyön erityispiirteet
• Harjoittelee tietojaan ja taitojaan lapsen ja nuoren hoitotyön tarpeen määrittelyssä, suunnittelussa, toteutuksessa ja arvioinnissa
• Osaa toteuttaa ohjattuna eri-ikäisten ihmisten lääkehoitoa
• Harjoittelee lapsen, nuoren ja perheiden tukemista ja ohjausta erilaisissa terveyteen ja sairauteen liittyvissä tilanteissa
• Harjoittelee hoitotyön päätöksentekoa yhdessä lapsen, nuoren ja perheen sekä eri ammattiryhmien kanssa
• Kykenee tukemaan lapsen, nuoren ja perheen voimavaroja terveyden edistämiseksi.

• Vanhemmuuden kehittyminen ja tukemisen eri menetelmät
• Erilaiset raskaus- ja lapsivuodeajan seuranta- ja ohjaustilanteet sekä -menetelmät
• Seksuaalisuuden puheeksiottaminen
• Seksuaalikasvatus ja sen menetelmät
• Lasten ja nuorten terveydenhoitotyön tietoperustan soveltaminen huomioiden eri-ikäiset lapset, nuoret ja heidän perheensä.
• Lapsen ja nuoren kasvua ja kehitystä tukevien terveydenhoitotyön toimintojen harjoittelu
• Näyttöön perustuvan tiedon hyödyntäminen lasten ja nuorten terveydenhoitotyössä
• Eri ikäisten ihmisten lääkehoito ja rokotukset

Objective

The student:

• Can support parenthood during pregnancy or after childbirth
• Know how to pay attention to the special characteristics of maternity nursing in public health nursing
• Practice monitoring and counselling methods during pregnancy and after childbirth
• Can promote the sexual health of people of different ages
• Can apply the knowledge base of nursing children, young people and families when caring for children of different ages in a family-oriented manner and promoting health
• Can pay attention to the special characteristics of nursing children and adolescents
• Practises their proficiency in determining the need for child or adolescent nursing and the related processes of planning, implementation and evaluation
• Know how to administer pharmacotherapy for people of different ages
• Practise supporting and counseling children, adolescents and families in different situations concerning health and illness
• Practise decision-making in nursing together with the child, adolescent or family and with various professional groups
• Can support the resources of children, young people and families to promote health
• Can operate in accordance with the principles of sustainable development in a care environment

• Applying the knowledge base of public health nursing of children and adolescents in nursing by paying attention to children of different ages, adolescents and their families
• Practising the public health nursing methods of supporting the growth and development of children and adolescents
• Applying evidence-based information in the public health nursing activities of children and adolescents
• Pharmacotherapy and vaccinations of people of different ages
