Suunnaksi talousosaaja -koulutus antaa osallistujalla valmiudet sijoittua taloushallintoalan tehtäviin ja luoda uusia mahdollisuuksia omalle urapolulle. Opiskelu edellyttää sitoutumista, läsnäoloa lähiopetuksessa ja itsenäistä työskentelyä etäjaksoilla. Opiskelu etäjaksoilla tapahtuu muun muassa tiedon haltuunottona sekä sisältää oppimistehtäviä ja mahdollisia pienryhmätapaamisia.
Yritys- ja alumnivierailut sekä opiskelijan työelämäjakso yrityksissä tuovat työelämän edustajat ja opiskelijat yhteen. Koulutuksen aikana luodaan ammatillisia verkostoja eri taloushallinnon toimijoiden kanssa.
