Objective

The work today is project based.
After completing the course the student
- knows frameworks andstandardized processes for project management
- is able to indentify and cope with the challenges of managing demanding and wide projects
- is able to act in the roles of project sponsor and steering group member
- is able tocommunicate effectively about project developments and issues to all the relevant stakeholders
- is able to lead a multicultural project team
