Objective
The student is able to
• apply the principles of sustainable development in a work-life-oriented project,
• act responsibly and purposefully both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team,
• communicate with various stakeholders and create networks necessary in working life,
• evaluate the impact of their work from the perspectives of learning and sustainable development.
Content
• Multidisciplinary project work
○ Planning, implementation, and completion of a project
○ Roles and responsibilities within the project team
• Principles of sustainable development
○ Applying an idea that promotes sustainability to the operations of the target organization
○ Considering sustainability perspectives in different phases of the project
• Communication and presentation skills
○ Internal and external project communication
○ Presenting the project and reporting results
• Reflection and evaluation of learning
○ Self-assessment of actions and learning
○ Evaluation of project success, including sustainability perspectives
Qualifications
Students are expected to have basic knowledge of sustainable development and project work.
