After completing the course, the student is able to

- describe the earnings and business models of the media sector
- obtain information on the market situation through appropriate methods;
- describe the prerequisites for successful sales work and identify the stages of the sales process
- assess customer potential and map customer needs
- explains the importance of networking
- plan and develop their own networking and use networking platforms and services
- adapt the allocation of resources to sustainable and responsible operations
- demonstrate social sustainability towards different individuals and groups of people

Content

The course deals with revenue and business models in the media sector, the impact of models on the planning and implementation of the operations of a company or other community taking into account sustainable development, the prerequisites and stages of sales work, sales planning and management, identifying customer potential, customer understanding, personal networking, utilization of networks, and networking platforms and services.
