Materials

Brealey & Myers. Principles of Corporate Finance. There have during the years been published
many versions. The one we have in the library, 5 books, is from year 2014. This is the main
course literature. The materials can also be found, at least to some extent I believe, in YouTube
and other places in the net. This is ”a classic book”. There are several sampels in Novia library.
Horngren et al. Financial & managerial accounting. There are now no books in the Novia Library
but, eg see Ebrary. There is also in YouTube all PPTs from Horngren. Check other libraries. Also
in wide spread use.
Tennent, John. Guide to Financial Management, 2008. Should be Available electronically in
Ebrary.
Materials and internetlinks handed out during the course.
The issues dealt with in the course are naturally also to be found in many other sources

Teaching methods

Introductions, Themes, Discussions in teams, Assignments gone through during the sessions,
home work, literature studies, Presentations, and finally as Home exams two assignments.
