Objective

The student is able to work as a supervisor in procurement and sales operations. Competence focuses on the B2B environment. The student knows the contents of the core labor law and knows the responsibilities and rights of the supervisor. The student manages the key human management models and is able to evaluate success and development as a supervisor. The student knows from the supervisor's perspective the key psychological laws of human behavior.

Content

Topics include: Duties and rights of supervisor, development of supervisor, labor legislation, occupational safety and employment contracts. In addition, key management models, self-knowledge, interaction skills, motivation, feedback, teamwork and team roles.
