Objective

·        Students will become familiar with the foundations of front-line management.
·        Students will learn to independently lead individuals and groups in work communities.
·        Students will be able to support and encourage employees and will become proficient in human relations skills required in leadership.
Students will know how to assess their front-line management skills.
