Objective

After completing the course, the student is able to:
· Able to critically and based on evidence to solve and develop the challenges of older people services in a customer-oriented way
· To manage customer-oriented service management
· Able to improve the service experience of older people and their relatives
· Able to apply and evaluate service design methods in the development of older people services
