Tavoitteet

The work today is project based.
After completing the course the student
- knows frameworks and standardized processes for project management
- is able to identify and cope with the challenges of managing demanding and wide projects
- is able to act in the roles of project sponsor and steering group member
- is able to communicate effectively about project developments and issues to all the relevant stakeholders
- is able to lead a multicultural project team

- theoretical frameworkfor project management
- strategies and strategic decisions on project management; for example the role of certifcations
- project management practices and tools; for example steering routines and toll gate decision
- management and leadership of multicultural project teams; communication
