Advanced Nursing of a Medical - Surgical Patient ANUMS The student shall be able to- master the definition, planning, implementation and evaluation of treatment needs of patients in internal medicine requiring specialist nursing skills.- master the support and guidance of the patient and his or her family members.- master the essential treatment methods required in specialist nursing of internal medicine patients, treatment-related technology and creating a safe treatment environment.- master the definition, planning, implementation and evaluation of treatment and nursing needs of patients in palliative treatment stage.- master the key treatment methods required in nursing, treatment-related technology and creating a safe treatment environment.- improve his or her competences in specialist drug and infusion treatment of internal medicine patients- master the definition, planning, implementation and evaluation of treatment and specialist nursing of surgical patients.- improve his or her knowledge and skills in specialist nursing of surgical patients- improve his or her competences to treat a patient with a serious disease or trauma and the patient's family members- carry out patient guidance related to surgical procedures and plan patient support and rehabilitation in permanent changes to body image and functional capacity.- master the definition, planning, implementation and evaluation of treatment and nursing needs of patients in palliative treatment stage.- master the support and guidance of a dying patient and his or her family members.- master the key treatment methods required in palliative nursing, treatment-related technology and creating a safe treatment environment.- master the key treatment methods required in nursing, treatment-related technology and creating a safe treatment environment.- improve his or her competences in drug and infusion treatment of surgical and terminal patients
