Objective

After completing the thesis, students will be able to
- identify their own entrepreneurial skills and strengths and development needs regarding entrepreneurship
- respond to identified development needs through appropriate development tools and research and information seeking methods
- develop and improve practices and methods as well as product, service or business and other similar concepts in the field of media/culture.

Content

- The thesis will be written as part of the student’s own business development project. Depending on their situation, the student’s business development project may refer to developing a marketable business idea, product or service concept or a prototype, launching new business or developing existing business operations within a specific area of expertise. A development project may also be carried out as an assignment to an external customer.
- The development project begins immediately at the start of the degree and continues throughout the studies.
- The development project consists of development work based on the given goals, the documentation and analysis of the process and its outcomes as well as the publication of the results of the project.
- A maturity test reflecting the student’s professional knowledge will be written in conjunction with the thesis.
