Actual implementations can decided by the tandem-pair/team. The main idea is mutual learning in each other's languages and cultural habits .Students should meet regularly and set goals for the learning process. Supportive literature should be as reference. Meetings can take place in various locations and situations: the more versatile, the better

Each tandem-pair should document the meetings somehow and present the process in the way they choose (event, fair, blog, vlog, poster, drama etc)
