Actual implementations can decided by the tandem-pair/team. The main idea is mutual learning in each other's languages and cultural habits .Students should meet regularly and set goals for the learning process. Supportive literature should be as reference. Meetings can take place in various locations and situations: the more versatile, the better

Assessment methods and criteria

Each tandem-pair should document the meetings somehow and present the process in the way they choose (event, fair, blog, vlog, poster, drama etc)
Supportive literature should be included as reference
continuous self, peer and coach feedback (motorola model)
final evalation done by coach

no or very litte reported activity
very limited reporting of the activities
no theoretical reflection
not enough evidence of the learning process
not enough working hours

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)

to get a pass, each tandem-pair/tem should have documentation and time-monitoring of their meetings, activities etc. Final presentation is also required

Documentation is versatile with details and in-depth analysis on the learning. References to theories included and discussed
Time-monitoring done accurately

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Documentation is analytical . Learning is more goal-oriented
Acitivities include also motivation to deeper understanding and witness about effort taken
References to literature are more academic
