Objective
Midwifery Development 5r cr (HOKE)
- Students will enhance their professional skills and knowledge in nursing, leadership and management in nursing, as well as their professional growth.
- Students will be able to independently plan the overall treatment of patients, as well as to administer and evaluate it based on the plan.
- Students will be able to assume overall responsibility for patient care in their work group.
- Students will learn to develop care and the prerequisites for it as nursing experts in their work unit.
- Students will deepen their pharmacotherapy competence in different fields of nursing (medication passport).
- Students will master the special features of clinical nursing and related documentation and understand the role of documentation in the development of nursing.

• Practical training will be evaluated with scale approved/failed (evaluation criteria can be found from messi)
To get approval student needs to attend both midterm and final evaluations.
• Final grade can be given when supervisor and teacher have approved working hours and evaluations
