Objective

After completing the course, the student is able to:
- to prepare a coherent and comprehensible essay equivalent to a thesis
- apply the practices of an article-like text in their thesis
- apply the principles of information acquisition in his / her essay
- present their research topics in a comprehensible way
- the subjects required for a thesis at polytechnic level and is familiar with the thesis process of the degree program in energy and environmental technology
- basics of statistical analysis methods

Review and application of statistical and statistical tools in research:
- Basic statistical concepts
- Regression and correlation
- Probability, normal distribution
- Confidence interval
- Hypothesis testing

- Mean tests, regression analysis
