The student knows the risks and challenges of renovation construction compared to new construction and knows how to prepare for them from the perspectives of economic, health and safety of production. Especially from the contractor's point of view, the student learns about making offers, contract negotiations, various contracts and obligations. He understands the stages of setting up a construction site and manages the schedule, costs and quality control of the repair work.
