Objective

The aim of the course is to acquaint the student with the design process of mechatronic devices and their practical implementation. Upon completing the course, the student will:
- understanding the principles of the product development and design process for mechatronic devices. -
familiarity with the fundamentals of mechanical design in automation.
- ability to leverage various aspects of automation in the design and construction of mechatronic systems.
- knowledge of the potential applications of intelligent systems in automation design and implementation.
- understanding of the requirements and methods related to documentation.
- proficiency in utilizing the capabilities introduced by virtualized processes in control system design, hardware commissioning, and testing.
- competence in implementing control of virtual processes using programmable logic.
