• you are familiar with approaches to agency and functional capacity with respect to ageing, and you know how to apply them in your work
• you know how to prepare a care and service plan in collaboration with your client and different professional groups
• you are able to use methods of social work with the elderly independently
• you know how to use electric operating environments in your counselling work and help your clients to use digital services
• you are able to evaluate, solve and apply ethical issues in social work with the elderly, respecting your clients

Qualifications
