The student understands what computer-aided structural design is and how it is utilized. They can model beams, frames and slab structures using Finite Element Method (FEM) software, apply loads to them, and analyze the results. The student is also capable of generating a report based on the calculations.

Assessment criteria, good (3-4)

Four assignments have been submitted and approved (grade 3).
Five assignments have been submitted and approved (grade 4).

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

All assignments have been submitted successfully.
