Objective

Objectives
• Gain further proficiency and skills in determining the need for, planning, administering and evaluating patient care of patients of different ages (nursing care of acute patients, intensive unit care, advanced level emergency care, nursing care of women and children, mental health and substance abuse patients or people with disabilities)
• Deepen their understanding of the CRM approach and follow it in their work
• Understand the ethics and fundamental values of nursing and base their actions on current knowledge
• Students will be able to independently plan the overall treatment of patients, as well as to administer and evaluate it based on the plan
• Students will be able to assume overall responsibility for patient care in their work group
• Learn to develop emergency care or nursing and their prerequisites as emergency care experts in their work unit
• Learn to support and provide guidance to patients and their family members
• Deepen their pharmacotherapy competence in different fields of emergency care and nursing (medication passport)
• Adhere to aseptic principles in different situations
• Master the special features of clinical emergency care and nursing and related documentation, as well as to understand the role of documentation and reporting in the development of emergency care and nursing
